Payment Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments made through qervalin.com may be completed using Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, iDEAL, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The payment options displayed during checkout may vary depending on the customer's device, browser, location, payment provider, and the availability of a particular payment method.
Card and supported digital wallet payments may be securely processed through Stripe, while PayPal transactions are processed through PayPal. Availability of a payment option at checkout does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every transaction.
2. Transaction Currency and Authorization
All orders placed through qervalin.com are processed in EUR. Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes where applicable, refunds, and other transaction amounts are calculated using this transaction currency.
If a customer's bank, card account, PayPal account, or other payment source uses a different currency, the relevant financial institution or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction charges. These conversion rates and external charges are determined by the payment provider and are not controlled by QERVALIN, LLC.
An order is accepted for processing after the applicable payment authorization has been successfully completed. Certain transactions may remain pending while the payment provider performs authorization, verification, fraud screening, or other security checks.
3. Payment Security
We use security measures intended to protect payment and transaction information during checkout. Communications between the customer's browser and qervalin.com are protected through HTTPS connections using SSL/TLS encryption, helping reduce the risk of payment or personal information being intercepted while it is transmitted.
Sensitive payment information is handled through the secure payment infrastructure of Stripe and PayPal. Payment providers may use technologies and controls including tokenization, encrypted transmission, fraud detection, authentication checks, and 3-D Secure verification where applicable.
QERVALIN, LLC does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV or CVC security codes, or other sensitive card authentication information in its own website database. Payment providers manage sensitive card information in accordance with their applicable payment security requirements, including relevant PCI DSS standards.
4. Failed, Declined, and Pending Payments
A payment may be declined, delayed, or remain pending because of insufficient funds, incorrect payment information, card restrictions, authentication requirements, fraud-prevention controls, payment provider outages, issuer decisions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
A declined or failed payment does not normally create a completed order unless payment authorization is subsequently confirmed. In some cases, a bank or payment provider may temporarily display an authorization hold even though the transaction was not completed. The release time for such holds is determined by the relevant financial institution or payment provider.
Questions concerning the payment status of an order may be directed to team@qervalin.com or submitted through our Contact Us page.
5. Payment Disputes and Transaction Records
We maintain relevant order and transaction records to help verify payments and respond accurately to payment inquiries, unauthorized transaction reports, chargebacks, and other payment disputes involving Stripe, PayPal, card issuers, banks, or authorized payment networks.
Relevant records may include transaction references, order confirmations, payment status, customer communications, shipping and tracking records, delivery information, return requests, and refund records. Such information may be provided to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or payment network when reasonably necessary to review or respond to a payment dispute.
Payment-related personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Questions regarding an order or charge may also be submitted to team@qervalin.com for review.
6. Refunds to the Original Payment Method
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the transaction. Payments processed through Stripe will be refunded through the applicable original card or supported payment method, while PayPal payments will be returned through PayPal.
Once a refund has been approved, the applicable refund amount is normally returned to the original payment method within 7 business days. The exact time at which a completed refund appears in the customer's account may depend on the bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider involved.
Return eligibility, return time limits, product condition requirements, return shipping costs, and other refund conditions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
