Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–4 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please allow approximately 48–72 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become fully active in the carrier's system.
